At Wilde Bicycle, we want you to be fully satisfied with your gear; if your purchase isn't the perfect fit for your ride, you can return or exchange unused items within 30 days of delivery. Please ensure all products remain in their original packaging with tags attached to qualify for a full refund.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Pack Your Gear

  Carefully place the unused items in their original packaging, ensuring that any delicate components or apparel are protected for transit.

• 3.
  Attach the Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely affix it to the outside of your package over any old labels.

• 4.
  Ship and Refund

  Drop your package off at any authorized carrier location; once our mechanics inspect the return, we will process your refund to the original payment method.
